My experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil could have been better because the sales advisor changed from sale to collection and lots of things were not done. Service book was not in the vehicle. Vehicle not taxed under my name.

My experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil could have been better because I have had NO communication from the dealership to say where my new car was, the only communication was to say that the car has arrived at the dealership and is ready from me to pick up. Also the car was registered and taxed that day I had the phone call saying I can pick it up, I believe this is not industry normal practice and was only done to hit end of month sales targets. My son ordered front and rear mudflaps the day after I ordered the car and paid upfront, when the car was handed over to me I was told that they have fitted the front mud guards but the rear ones were on back order myself or my son was had no communication about this issue before I pick the new car up, I also believe the mudflaps were not ordered when my son phoned up and paid from I believe they were only ordered when I phoned up just before collecting my car. Overall having a new car should be a good and enjoyable experience where this was neither. I would preferred better customer communication over a cheap box of biscuits.

Really pleased overall but a little disappointed the the tracking does seem to be out. Going to need to get a wheel alignment and would have expected this to have been done before. Bar that every thing was great.
