FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil staff were good because ny salesman Derek wasn't pushy. He stated that he would discuss all available options and met .e decide whether they were of use or not and that buying a car should be pleasurable and not "in your face".
Derek pointed out deficiencies in my car and was open and honest. He also made sure that all repair and repaint work was done to a high standard and that the vehicle was immaculate for collection.
He went out of his way to make the visit a pleasure for myself and my young daughter and the coffee/hot chocolate was lovely thanks.
Derek should be commended for his open and honest nature, his informative and relaxed manner and the fact that he used his years if experience to make us feel valued, respected and welcomed.

My experience at FJ Chalke Kia Yeovil was positive because we found a vehicle in excellent condition with low mileage within the price range we wanted to spend. Brayden Perkins was beyond helpful. We had relocated from a different country and live in a different county to FJ Ckalke Yeovil. If we didn't live so far away we would have purchased our service deal with FJ Chalke Yeovil. I would definitely reach out to Kia Yeovil if we were ready to upgrade or purchase another vehicle.

I would recommend FJ Chalke Kia gYeovil to friends and family because the staff are very friendly and explain everything to you, there is no pressure into the sale, David Williams was such a gentleman with a great sense of humour and had the time to explain all my options, he never once rushed or pressured me into anything a real gentleman, the forecourt was spotless as well as the inside and to be honest the coffee was beautiful would highly recommend you.
